We have one thing in common; I'm a Dallas fan also (If that's what you are referring GoCowboys to)
You are real wise with the words my friend but not so wise when it comes to foreign affairs hence the war in Iraq. I remember everything about September 11, 2001 like where I was, what I was doing, who I was with, oh' and one other thing who executed the attacks on the World Trade Center buildings. Was it the Iraqis? Hmmm... Or was it AL-QAEDA? The thought of Osama bin Laden still being alive and reforming his international Sunni Islamist movement for additional attacks is bloodcurdling and we all know bin Laden doesn't reside in Iraq! So, why are we wasting our time and money over there? "Republicans SUPPORT our troops" excuse me but I'm an independent voting for Obama this election and I support our troops as well!
We are Americans my friend and we need to unite as a multiformity nation and bring back the dreams and hope our founders sought out when first placing foot on this Beautiful Land! When comparing Senators Barack Obama and John McCain I'll have to go with Colin Powell and my beliefs on this one and vote for the Obama/Biden ticket this election. He is "that one" the one who will bring back the American Dream and structure to our Nation! As Powell said, "I think he is a transformational figure, he is a new generation coming onto the world stage, onto the American stage. I think that Sen. Obama brings a fresh set of of eyes, a fresh set of ideas to the table. I think that Sen. McCain, as gifted as he is, is essentially going to execute the Republican agenda, the orthodoxy of the Republican agenda with a new face and with a maverick approach to it. And he'd be quite good at it. But I think we need more than that. I think we need a generational change. And I think Sen. Obama has captured the feelings of the young people of America and is reaching out in a more diverse, inclusive way across our society"
So, do yourself and your fellow Americans a favor and vote for Obama on November 4, 2008. Have a great day. : )
P.S It's a bummer that the Cowboys didn't pull through today! Hopefully we'll take Tampa Bay next week.
Your fellow American,
Daniel
